Commercial

Commercial repairs and maintenance

Property managers, apartment complexes, offices, rentals, and small businesses across Montgomery, Autauga and Elmore counties.

One crew for the repairs, the turnover work, and the long list of small jobs that pile up on a property. Chris handles the project himself, works around your tenants and your hours, and keeps coming back for the work that never really ends.

What we take on

  • Repairs and maintenance, on call and scheduled
  • Remodeling, renovations, and modernizations

Why managers call us

  • 01One point of contact for many tradesPainting, flooring, drywall, trim, light plumbing and electrical, and smart devices — one call instead of six, and one invoice at the end of it.
  • 02Chris handles the project himselfThe person who walks the unit and gives you the number is the person on the job. No handoff to a crew you have never met.
  • 03We work around tenants and occupied spaceUnits get done while people are living in them, and commercial spaces get done around your hours rather than the other way round.
  • 04Repeat maintenance, not just one-off jobsPunch lists, turnovers, and the running repairs a property always has. We would rather be the crew you keep than the one you call once.

Managing a property and need a quote? Commercial work is quoted the same way as everything else — estimates online are free, and an on-site visit is $75, credited back when we get the job.

Ongoing maintenance

Rather than finding someone new every time, we can look after your property on an ongoing basis. One call, and it gets handled.

Set up ongoing maintenance

Smart home setup

Smart home, set up properly, explained in plain English.

If you have been meaning to get into smart home but were not sure where to start, start here. Cameras, lighting, thermostats, locks and wifi — installed, connected, and shown to you on your own phone so you can actually use it.

Before we suggest anything

Before we suggest a single thing, we look at what you already have. If it can be used, we use it — nobody gets sold equipment they do not need.

Cameras & video doorbells

Most popular

So you can see who is at the door and check on the house while you are away.

Smart lighting & switches

Most popular

So lights come on and off on a schedule or from anywhere.

Smart thermostats

Set from your phone, so the house is right when you walk in and the bill is lower when you are out.

Smart locks & entry

So you can let someone in without handing over a key.

Wifi that reaches everywhere

Including the far bedroom and the back porch, because nothing smart works on a weak signal.

Voice control

So the lights, the thermostat and the doorbell all answer to one assistant.

Smart home for a rental or a commercial property

Set up so a manager can look after it remotely.

The owner

Built around the last ten percent.

Chris has spent over twenty years in construction and handyman work, and he handles every project himself — the estimate, the work, and the walkthrough at the end. It is the finishing details that make a job feel finished: the caulk line, the trim that meets square, the last coat that goes on properly. That is the part he cares most about, and it is the part most people never get.

Honest pricing, straight answers, and the same person on the phone from the first call to the last.

Turning houses into homes, one Unique End at a time.

01

I got into construction at 15 and worked under the same contractor for more than fifteen years. Along the way I figured out I could do this for myself, so I did.

02

I handle every project myself. You get the same person on the phone, on the estimate, and on the job — not a crew you have never met.

03

From repairs to renovations and accessibility upgrades, the goal is the same: make your property safer and better.

01

Quality craftsmanship

Cut in clean, closed in square, sanded and caulked before a brush ever touches it. The work holds up because the prep did.

02

Custom solutions

Recycled windows into a greenhouse, column bases built in the shop, a wall of reclaimed boards. If it can be built, it can be built to fit your house.

03

Personal attention

The same person on the phone, on the estimate and on the job. You are not handed off to a crew you have never met.

Walk-in shower finished in white textured wall tile with a mosaic accent strip, a chrome shower head and a square floor drain
Walk-in shower tiled, valve and head set

Bathrooms & interiors

Small room. Big design moment.

A bathroom taken back to the studs and rebuilt: drain and supplies run before the wall closes, wall tile set and wiped clean, the mosaic accent band carried straight through both niches, then the shower, the sink and the floor finished off around it. Beautiful finishes, smart layouts, and work that makes an everyday room feel considered.

Deck and railing finished off the house

Decks, stairs & exteriors

The details are what make the whole home feel finished.

Decks framed and decked, stairs built square and railed, and the fence line closed in plumb. Treated boards laid on the diagonal where the shape calls for it, railing balusters spaced and set level, and every post footed properly so the structure lasts through an Alabama summer. From the outside in, it is the same care as the interior work.

Great help on a task I needed help with as I was out of the area. Would highly recommend for future jobs! Very flexible and they were able to work with my schedule. Thanks again!

Unique Ends helped us change the locks at one of our properties and did a great job. They were quick to respond, showed up even with heavy winter weather, and got everything taken care of without any issues. Really appreciate how easy they made the whole process. Would definitely use them again.
