Great help on a task I needed help with as I was out of the area. Would highly recommend for future jobs! Very flexible and they were able to work with my schedule. Thanks again!
About · Montgomery, Alabama
Built around the last ten percent.
It is the finishing details that make a job feel finished: the caulk line, the trim that meets square, the last coat that goes on properly. That is the part Chris cares most about, and it is the part most people never get.
Serving Montgomery, Autauga and Elmore counties, including Millbrook, Prattville and Coosada.
The owner
Twenty years, and every job his own.
Hi, I’m Chris, owner of Unique Ends LLC. With 20+ years in construction and handyman services, I personally handle every project — skilled work, honest pricing, and 24/7 emergency help.
- 01I got into construction at 15 and worked under the same contractor for more than fifteen years. Along the way I figured out I could do this for myself, so I did.
- 02I handle every project myself. You get the same person on the phone, on the estimate, and on the job — not a crew you have never met.
- 03From repairs to renovations and accessibility upgrades, the goal is the same: make your property safer and better.
What it costs to find out
Estimates online are free. If you would like us to come out and look in person, there is a $75 on-site visit fee, and it comes right back off your bill when you hire us. Any kind of woodwork, repairs, upgrades, or additions is quoted as a flat estimated fee — not by the hour.
Assembly is the one thing priced by the hour: $65 an hour for two technicians. Every assembly job is different, and until we see what is in the box we cannot say how long it will take — so it is billed by the hour rather than a flat price.
How he works
Good work is more than finishing the job.
It is making every material, edge and finish feel intentional — on a one-room repair as much as on a whole remodel.
01
Quality craftsmanship
Cut in clean, closed in square, sanded and caulked before a brush ever touches it. The work holds up because the prep did.
02
Custom solutions
Recycled windows into a greenhouse, column bases turned in the shop, a wall of reclaimed boards. If it can be built, it can be built to fit your house.
03
Personal attention
The same person on the phone, on the estimate and on the job. You are not handed off to a crew you have never met.
Straight up
We do not take on HVAC or appliance repair. Everything else in a home or a small commercial space — ask, including the odd jobs that do not fit a list.

Unique Ends helped us change the locks at one of our properties and did a great job. They were quick to respond, showed up even with heavy winter weather, and got everything taken care of without any issues. Really appreciate how easy they made the whole process. Would definitely use them again.
Chris is very professional and prompt! He provided an excellent explanation of what would be required and the benefit. I highly recommend Chris!
Chris did a fantastic job repairing and repainting my damaged ceiling. I will definitely be calling him again in the future.
